One of the biggest innovations in accepting payments via mobile phones is NFC (Near Field Communication) technology, which allows contactless payments. NFC enables mobile phones to quickly and securely connect to POS devices at a short distance using credit cards, debit cards, or virtual wallets.

The manual workload of 5 hours per day was eliminated, as payments were previously matched with customers manually. This significantly reduced the operational burden. At the same time, the risk of fraud was minimized. Additionally, around 250 physical POS devices were saved. An annual savings of approximately 125,000 USD is expected.
